In today’s business landscape, working smart is as critical to success as working hard. Change hits with lightning speed, and a company’s viability often hinges on how well it can drive innovation – both in the market and at home -- to maximize value and minimize cost.

At Convergent Learning, we know that working smart often begins with changes in practice, process, and behavior within an organization. The information that drives these changes is a commodity, and the easier it is for employees and customers to access, absorb, and apply, the better positioned our clients are to achieve their goals.

Methodology

Strategy definition and execution are at the heart of our approach. From needs analysis and curriculum design to selection of design tools and implementation of LMS, LCMS and Performance Management systems, we help clients frame their goals with a strategic mindset that integrates the appropriate components in an integrated system.

The solutions we create and support can reduce time to launch, lower cost, widen reach, and increase effectiveness, whether a client aims to inform, motivate, or modify behaviors.
